Shots from the Shooting the Night Fantastic Workshop
Despite the threat of rain (thankfully, it stayed predominantly dry), we headed into Fremantle for the Shooting the Night Fantastic workshop – a short hands-on workshop dedicated to night photography with a dash of light painting thrown in. We even managed to get a shot of Iron Man while shooting at the Fremantle Esplanade Park (thanks Iron Man — we were so impressed that you could stand so still for 30 seconds)! After shooting some night scenes in the park and around Fishing Boat Harbour, we headed to Bather’s Bay and the Whaler’s Tunnel to do some ambient long exposures combined with light painting and light trails. Here are some images from the night. Enjoy!
