Art & Sound at Sound Kitchen

The renewal of art spaces in Northbridge continues with this recent entry into the Perth exhibition and performance scene: Sound Kitchen, at 57 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge.

Sound Kitchen is a cafe/restaurant with its heart in the right place: the provision of good food and a space where local artists can display their work, or where local musicians can perform. Sound Kitchen owner, Guy Everingham, would like to see culture brought back into the City and has great plans for the venue, including exhibitions, auction dinners and, of course, live music!

I can’t wait to check out Sound Kitchen – perhaps as a potential venue for a FotoFreo Fringe 2010 exhibition!
