The Nikon D800/E is a fantastic high MP digital SLR and this firmware update makes it even better as well as fixes a number of annoying minor glitches.

What I’m excited about in this update:

  • Improved AF-C tracking
  • Fixes the memory card access lockup glitch that sometimes occurs in playback
